Abrams photograph collection consists of photographs that are commonly seen of General Creighton W. Abrams. The earliest photo is that of Abrams as a major general. Most of the other photos are of Abrams in Vietnam as a full general and some in his capacity as Chief of Staff of the Army. Portrait photos, both in fatigue uniforms and in the Army green dress uniform, predominate; some are of Abrams with his staff in Vietnam and at activities such as medal presentations and VIP visits to his Headquarters (HQ).

Creighton W. Abrams was a United States (U.S.) Army officer. He was the commander of the U.S. Military Assistance Command in Vietnam (MACV) and was the Chief of Staff (CofS) of the Army. Creighton Williams Abrams (1914-1974), army officer, was born in Springfield, Massachusetts. He graduated from West Point in 1936, and was commissioned in the cavalry.
